When you don&#039;t feel like doing it, don&#039;t push yourself, because your effort is not worth it. But, when you line up the Energy, the feeling of procrastination goes away.&quot;

I actually have a &quot;Just one thing&quot; sign posted in my kitchen and I actually *just* finished my version of it.  I find that a kitchen scattered with dishes and etc just overwhelms me but if I sort things into like piles: all the cutlery in one box, the containers in one pile, the dishes in one, it makes it more manageable.  I turned my dish adventure into washing all of the lunch containers that had been lurking.
