FabekuFatunmiseI’m not sure when my mad crush on Fabeku Fatunmise began.

I do know it wasn’t love at first sight. Because the dude is a sound healer. And while I consider myself open-minded, the notion of sound healing pushed my woo envelope a bit.

But then I got to know him better and he turns out to be one of the funniest, most generous and down-to-earth people you could ever hope to meet. He’s into ninjas. And chocolate. And his work really truly helps people. And by the time he explained that the Sex Pistols Are Spiritual Too, I was over my woo worries and swooning over every blog post.

It’s his understanding of the workings of our inner spaces that makes me most weak at the knees: how the ick and ack can accumulate until there’s no room left for the good things.  You may already know how important I feel it is to work and live within one’s capacity. But I’m learning from Fabeku that although the number of hours in a day are fixed, one’s inner capacity can be expanded.

How better-than-chocolate is that?

So of course he had to be one of my Guest Guides this year. (There was a lot happy dancing about my office when Fabeku accepted my invitation.) And spring seems the perfect time for some inner clutter clearing that will give us more space for the groovy stuff we really want.

Here’s what Fabeku has in store for us.

Spring cleaning rocks.

Clearing out the clutter in your house. And your business. And your life. A squeaky clean fresh start that’s wide open to new possibilities.

But sometimes we overlook the inner clutter.

You know, the stuff that piles up inside of us.

Thoughts. Feelings. Experiences.

Filling the corners. Blocking the path. Covering up your awesome.

Stuff that just sits there. Taking up space. Space that could be filled with good stuff. Gorgeous stuff. The stuff you actually want in your life.

The truth is, when you get clear about the inside stuff, it’s easier to get clear about the outside stuff.

By tending to the inner bits, you lay the foundation that will support setting up the perfect systems and finding your flow and getting your thing out into the world.

Sound is one of the fastest and easiest ways of shifting stuff and making room for what you really want. In this class, we’ll explore spring cleaning. From the inside out. With sound.

During the call we’ll work on clearing the inner clutter that’s been collecting in the corners. Then we’ll make room for the awesome that you want in your life and in your business. Which means that the aforementioned awesome is way more likely to show up.

Plus you’ll walk away from this call with a few simple-but-crazy-effective sound-ey superpowers that will help you clear clutter, shift stuck and get back into the flow anytime, anywhere.

Which is another way of saying that this call is all about how to clear the road, find your flow and amp up the awesome.

This workshop will be a super-fun and effective hour of clutter-clearing unlike anything most of us have experienced – no mental brooms required (you are, however, welcome to bring your chocolate).

This workshop took place March 4, 2010, but you can still learn Fabeku’s sound healing techniques from the recording of the call and accompanying notes.

The workshop tuition of $30 includes:

  • recording of the 90-minute inner clutter clearing workshop + notes
  • high-quality recordings of the clearing, space-making and awesome-izing sound exercises presented during the call
  • an extra something special from Fabeku

Just think about it.

Less tripping over your old ick and ack.
More shiny clean spaces for the new.
Bigger and better new than you imagined or expected.

Think about how that would feel. What that would make possible. Then please help yourself to some sound-ey superpowers.
